Rimsha Nasir-Visual Artist

Rimsha Nasir, Pakistani visual artist. My academic background relates science and art. Afterward, completed masters in Fine Arts. I picked painting as my major and have produced different series of work over the years. In my work, I hope to accomplish the connection of sensitivity of life experiences and religion through my art. 

 

my work focuses on natural subjects and especially birds and trees. I am amazed by how intricately made every living thing is around us, focusing the beauty in everything, when you look close enough. From the veins on a simple leaf to the amazing hues of greens in birds and trees. I believe we are also intrinsically connected and we need to cherish nature in order to maintain healthy ecosystem.

I've completed my masters in fine arts and working professionally since last 6 years. I've exhibited my work in group shows at marriot artcade gallery (2021) , gallery pk (2022), shakir ali museum (2022), pnca islamabad (2022), hotspot f7 (2021)
